Tisja Janssen is a conceptual artist and one of two creators of Sisters Janssen. Tisja creates 360 concepts, visually expressing herself through different mediums like collages, installations, creative concepts, clothing, and looks. Her main source of inspiration is women and their many layers and expressions. Deeply connected to the intuitive, creative, and divine nature existing within every woman, she continues to explore her inner and outer world.
Together with her sister Ziarah Janssen, they form Sisters Janssen in which they combine their passions of co-creation and have attracted a community of like-minded sisters. Striving for an inclusive and colorful contribution, their creations stem from their roots of being mixed and their life-long role model and mother and nowadays also a model(artist Helen Martina).
To name a few of the amazing collabs Tisja participated in are Chanel X Jan Magazine, Vogue X Levi’s.
When Tisja is not working she loves to go swimming, go for a walk or make nice collages.
Tisja calls herself a conceptual artist. For her less is more, image is a language and has an imperfection beautyl. She has an eye for expression and has an ‘all or nothing’ mentality. Her vision: striving for a colorful future in every sense of the word.
