Carla started her modeling career at the age of 15 for Pernod. After high school, she modeled for about 1.5 years but decided it was also important to finish her study communication. She kept modeling during her studies, but after a few years another passion of hers became more important, working as a makeup artist. This has secretly always been a dream, ever since she drew the faces of girls in magazines when she was young.

Carla kept a link to the fashion industry but is now working as a makeup artist fulltime. During this time, she was able to work with celebrities like Paris Hilton, Channing Tatum, Maissie Williams, and Leonardo di Caprio. She has been doing this for 20 years, until she in 2018 re-launched her modeling career, now being a perfection combination. Meanwhile she worked worldwide for many fashion designers, brands and magazines. Did several big campaigns such as for Eucerin and the bigger fashion brands enjoy to have her in their campaigns.

When Carla is not working as a model or make up artist she loves to spend as much time possible with her teenage son. Besides that, Carla is very active and plays tennis, does fitness and yoga and loves to dance. She also volunteers to provide free make up workshops in hospitals for people who are recovering from cancer.
