Leo Napier was around fourteen years old when he was first scouted by a modeling agent while riding his skateboard down Sunset Boulevard in his hometown of Hollywood, California. Suspicious of strangers approaching him in the street, Leo tore the card up and threw it in the trash. After all, he was still just a kid and didn't need a job, especially working as a mechanic! It wasn't until later, after mentioning the story to his Mother, that Leo learned, Ford, wasn't just a car company, but a modeling agency as well! 

It wasn't until eight years later, at the age of twenty-two, that Leo finally walked into Ford's offices in West Hollywood and signed his first modeling contract. 

Over the course of his modeling career, Leo has shot campaigns for Lee, Levi’s, Feiyue, Gap, TK-Maxx, El Ganso and Pal Zimeri. He’s also worked with high fashion brands like Hermes, English Cut and Thom Browne. He spent three years in NYC, working with Wilhelmina Models, then another three years in London working with Established Models. Now living in mainland Europe, he's found himself in good hands at 2R Models. 

While Leo enjoys the modeling world, his true passion has always been music: soul, blues and R&B. Leo is a musician, and performs concerts, sings and plays the piano, usually with his father, Hugo Napier, on saxophone by his side. He has been fortunate to perform on huge stages all over the world including at Coachella in 2015 with two of his favorite collaborators: Gramatik and Raekwon ‘The Chef’.  His original compositions and electro-funk collaborations have garnered tens of millions of spins and earned him a loyal following within the relatively niche genre of EDM.  

Occasionally, Leo has been requested to perform on the set of a photoshoot. He seldom declines. Leo’s motto has always been, ‘It’s Showtime’! He applies this attitude to his modeling in the same way he does his music. When it’s time to show up, he looks good and gives the client (or audience) the best possible version of himself.

Now living in Palma, Mallorca and after dedicating close to two decades to his craft, things are just starting to heat up for the headstrong, devoted musician and model Leo Napier. Leo is just getting started!
