Elvanie was only 13 years old when she was scouted at a festival in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She was still an 'awkward' teenager, but the model scout saw her potential immediately when she was standing in the crowd. As she was very young and had to finish her high school, she had some on and off periods of modeling but is now already working for two decades. 

She remembers her very first shoot very well - she was booked for the cover of a well-known magazine. She was so excited, especially when her cover was published and was standing between all the other magazines. Besides being a 'print' model, she is also experienced in walking the runway.

To keep in shape she is practicing pilates on a weekly basis and she absolutely love skiing ‘to hit the slopes’. The most important things in her life are, cliché but true, her son, her family and dearest friends. Love, happiness and health are her key words. When she is not at work, she spends time with friends and family, reads a book or goes out doing fun things. She loves her job and always has a bright smile on her face. She never fails to send out positive vibes to the people around her and loves to create beautiful things together.
