Philosophy

Founded in 2017, 2R Models was the first agency in the Netherlands to specialize in representing models of a classic, older age. With their satisfied clients and industry success, they have shown that when it comes to defining beauty, age doesn’t matter.

2R Models has grown and developed since then, now representing models of a variety of ages and looks. The agency represents a diverse and inclusive group of models with remarkable features, different body types and various ethnicities.

Ryanne - Owner and co-founder

In her years working as a producer in the fashion industry, Ryanne regularly faced a challenge finding good classic models: it was not always easy to pair the right model for the job. She saw an opportunity to create a niche and differentiate from other agencies by finding the most suitable classic model that best represents the client’s brand and relates to their customers.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ryanne is committed to providing exceptional booking service, representing the best interests of both the experienced model and the client.

Her vision is to connect the dots. With an eye for detail, Ryanne is used to juggling various projects and productions, ensuring that everything is managed seamlessly. She acknowledges specific wishes of the clients, guaranteeing the best possible outcome for both the client and the model. Nothing is too much to ask!

Roos - Owner and co-founder

Roos has been working as a model for twenty years. She shares her extensive experience with the models as a mentor and coach. Through this supportive relationship, models develop the professionalism and expertise necessary to satisfying clients’ needs.

Roos loves faces with distinct characteristics and creates portfolios with perfect images, allowing the models to shine in their strongest and most beautiful way. She is happy that the modelling industry is now open to diversity and inclusion. “It was about time!”

Besides sharing her experience as a model, Roos also supports the models in keeping a healthy lifestyle. Since she is also a certified psychologist, she offers mental and emotional support when needed. “Connecting the inner beauty with the outer beauty of the models is what makes me the happiest!”
